Terms and Conditions of Letting

  • Strictly No Visitors, only booked and paid guests will be allowed in the complex
  • No cancellations or refunds 7 days prior to arrival
  • Once keys are handed over, no refunds will be done
  • Telephone reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment
  • Apartments are reserved until 18h00 and Ensuite rooms until 16h00, after which the reservation is cancelled
  • Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee
  • All cancellations are to be made in writing via email
  • A key deposit is payable in cash in order for us to refund you on departure
  • All extended stays must be paid for by 10h00 and will be strictly subject to availability at the time of request.
  • No parties are allowed
  • No loud music
  • No unruly behavior
  • No pets
  • No sub letting of the apartments
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments
  • No rituals to be carried out in the complex
  • Clients must ensure they have all their belongings as we will not be held responsible for missing items
  • Parking at owners risk
  • Check in is at 14h00 and our Check out time is at 10h00 irrespective of check in time.
